Personal Training

Dr. Exelbert offers one-on-one personal training, as well as dyad-training.  We will review your fitness goals and establish an exercise plan based on your individual needs.  Every fitness level is welcome and encouraged.  Whether you are a beginner, or a seasoned athlete, Dr. Exelbert can help you with your individual objectives.  Dr. Exelbert can be helpful in improving sport/team performance, or in increasing speed, strength, agility, or endurance.  Dr. Exelbert works with children, adolescents and adults, pending medical clearance.
